If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform, create an account, or make any payment.

Platform use is also subject to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, subscription/sales terms, community rules, and related supplemental agreements.

Orinima is a SaaS platform providing AI-supported spiritual content and live sessions (text, voice, or video) with verified independent experts.

Services are for entertainment, self-awareness, and inner exploration and do not replace medical, legal, financial, or official professional advice.

All spiritual interpretations are provided for entertainment and awareness purposes and carry no guarantee of accuracy, certainty, or future prediction.

Users should not make high-impact decisions based solely on platform content.

Orinima may restrict or close accounts in case of suspected fake identity, multi-account abuse, payment manipulation, or security violation.

The platform may offer free and paid plans, credit/minute bundles, and recurring subscriptions.

Pricing, scope, limits, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout or on plan pages.

Orinima reserves the right to update plans and pricing.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled by the user.

Cancellation may remain effective at period end; no automatic refund is granted for past periods.

Unauthorized payment methods, fraud, or chargeback abuse may result in account suspension.

Where digital services are started immediately, withdrawal rights may be limited under applicable law.

Once AI analysis, live sessions, consumed credits/minutes, or personalized outputs are provided, refund rights may narrow.

Refunds may be denied for consumed digital services, started/completed sessions, and used credits.

In verifiable technical failure or duplicate charge situations, Orinima may provide partial/full refund or compensation at its discretion.

Trials, discounts, coupons, and promotions may be time-limited, conditional, and changed without prior notice.

Abuse of promotions may lead to account closure and cancellation of benefits.

Orinima may process content for service delivery, security, moderation, and quality operations.

Orinima aims to process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Session quality depends on internet/device/third-party infrastructure; uninterrupted quality is not guaranteed.

Unauthorized recording, broadcasting, or sharing is prohibited.

Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not include harassment, spam, defamation, or personal data leaks.

Orinima may remove or limit visibility of rule-violating reviews.

Illegal use, security abuse, scraping/bot activity, and copying platform systems or brand assets are prohibited.

Violations may lead to suspension/termination and legal action.

Software, content, designs, trademarks, and technical know-how belong to Orinima or its licensors.

Copying, reproducing, publishing, commercial use, and reverse engineering are prohibited without written permission.

Users may view and keep AI outputs for personal use.

Systematic dataset extraction, resale, or competitor product development based on outputs or methodology is prohibited.

Orinima may rely on third-party providers for payment, communications, analytics, hosting, and related operations.

Liability for interruptions caused by external providers is limited.

Continuous or always-available access is not guaranteed.

Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, cyberattacks, heavy traffic, or force majeure.

Orinima may modify features, pricing, plans, limits, interface, and security processes.

Users may be informed through appropriate channels in case of material changes.

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific outcomes, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

Users use the platform at their own responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orinima is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit/revenue, or third-party claims.

Potential liability may be limited to the total amount paid by the user to Orinima in the last 3 months related to the dispute.

Users agree to indemnify Orinima for losses/costs arising from unlawful conduct or breaches of these terms.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, payment abuse, security risks, or illegal activity.

Some data may be retained for legal, compliance, anti-fraud, or legitimate interest purposes.

Orinima may review behavior/content to maintain a safe platform environment.

Orinima is not an emergency service.

In medical/psychological/legal/safety crises, users must contact official emergency services.

The platform may be accessible internationally, but legality/suitability is not guaranteed in every jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Payment and billing records may be retained for legal periods.

Business users and experts are responsible for their own tax/accounting obligations.

Experts may also be bound by separate Expert Terms/Agreements.

Violations such as off-platform payment requests, misleading claims, or data misuse may result in restrictions.

Orinima name, logo, interface, and brand assets belong to Orinima.

Commercial or competitive use without written permission is prohibited.

User feedback may be used by Orinima for product improvement without compensation or royalty obligations.

Orinima is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

Orinima may update these terms; updated versions may become effective upon publication.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

These terms may be generally governed by French law, while mandatory consumer rights in local jurisdictions remain preserved.

Mandatory consumer protections for users residing in Turkey remain reserved.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
