This policy applies to subscriptions, digital content, AI interpretations, live expert sessions, credit/minute packages, and other paid services offered by Orinima.
France Compliance Notice
In France, online consumer contracts must allow easy electronic cancellation (often referred to as a 3-click cancellation standard). Mandatory consumer rights remain preserved.
This text is informational; applicable law governs specific disputes and cases.
1. General Principle
Orinima provides AI-supported digital content, live expert sessions, subscriptions, and personalized spiritual interpretations.
These services are inherently digital, instant, personalized, or consumed once use starts.
Therefore, refund and withdrawal rights may vary depending on service type, usage status, purchase channel, and applicable consumer law.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
In France, online consumer contracts should allow easy electronic cancellation; the 3-click cancellation standard is a key benchmark.
After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not create an automatic refund right for past periods.

3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis depending on plan.
By starting a subscription, the user authorizes recurring charges to the selected payment method.
Users who do not want renewal must cancel before the next billing date.
4. Withdrawal Right
Under applicable consumer law, users may have a withdrawal right for certain distance contracts.
However, withdrawal may be limited or unavailable once digital performance starts immediately.
At checkout, users may be asked to explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge potential withdrawal-right limitation.

- •Credits or minutes have been consumed
- •Service has been fully performed
- •User gave explicit consent for immediate start of service
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be denied in the following cases.
- •AI interpretation has been generated
- •Tarot, coffee reading, numerology, astrology, or dream analysis has been delivered
- •Live expert session has started or completed
- •Credits/minutes have been used
- •Subscription period has started and access was provided
- •User requests refund only due to unmet expectations
- •Expert interpretation did not match user expectation
- •User claims spiritual interpretation did not materialize
- •Account was closed due to violation of platform rules
- •Campaign or free trial abuse occurred
- •Subscription cancellation was not made on time
- •Purchase was made under wrong email/account
- •Payment was made via App Store/Google Play and is subject to store policy
6. Refund-Eligible Cases
Orinima may provide full or partial refunds in specific situations.
In some cases, compensation may be provided as credits, extra minutes, free analysis, or remedial service instead of monetary refund.
- •Duplicate charge for the same transaction
- •Payment received but no service delivered
- •User could not access service at all due to technical error
- •Live session never took place due to expert-side technical issue
- •Verifiable critical failure caused by Orinima systems
- •Clearly erroneous purchase execution
7. Partial Refunds
For consumed services, partial refunds may apply instead of full refunds.
Partial amounts are calculated based on usage records.
- •10 minutes of a 30-minute session failed due to technical issue
- •Part of package credits were consumed
- •Some subscription benefits were already used
8. How to Request a Refund
Users should submit refund requests to [email protected].
Orinima will review requests within a reasonable timeframe.
- •Account email
- •Purchase date
- •Transaction number
- •Purchased service
- •Reason for refund
- •Screenshot or technical error evidence if available
9. App Store Purchases
For Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, refund handling is governed by the respective store policies.
Orinima may not be able to directly refund payments collected via app stores.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a user files an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute, Orinima may suspend the account, stop services, and provide relevant records to the payment provider.
Transactions flagged with fraud suspicion may be reviewed in detail.
